This policy applies to all OCALA’s global operations wherever they are carried out and is reviewed annually if the review is necessary.

Management Framework.
• Complying with local, and internationals regulations, requirements, and  laws legislative about  health, safety
and the environment.
• Setting and monitoring the main health, safety and environmental performance objectives.
• Auditing and monitoring the aspects of health, safety and environmental to ensure that the organization is fully compliant with its requirements and experiences learned.

Implementing effective processes for workforce consultation and engagement
• Ensuring that personnel are trained and competent to carry out their activities
• Consulting with our customers, partners, suppliers, competitors and regulators to promote continuous improvement in HSE performance

Commitment to safety

Safety is a fundamental value of OCALA. Our vision includes an injury-free work environment as a result of our policy of zero accidents.
To achieve our vision, OCALA has adopted the following safety policy:

  • All employees/contractors are responsible for ensuring a safe workplace.
  • Safety procedures are our main goals.
  • Operations and maintenance activities will be carried out in accordance with established safety practices, rules and regulations.
  • Use of alcohol and/or drugs will not be tolerated.
  • Safety behavior for employees and their families will be encouraged.
The management and employees of OCALA believe that while risk exists:

The Loss Prevention System is designed to prevent or reduce losses using behavior safety based tools and proven management techniques that include:
  • Job Safety Analysis
  • Safe Performance Self-Assessments
  • Loss prevention Investigations
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Stewardship of Performance

Commitment Fire Prevention

Fire safety and prevention is a subject that has become increasingly important. In OCALA management, fire prevention is part of the productivity and safety.

OCALA is committed to continuous efforts to improve environmental performance through its activities. Commitment to Health

The issue many oil and gas industry people work in extreme climates and difficult environments where the health risks can range from disease to the presence of potentially hazardous chemicals. Employers have a duty to protect their workforce and help them to stay healthy. They therefore need to provide employees with a healthy working environment, information and training on the risks they may face. Health and safety policy is just the starting point of the whole process.
Management commitment and support to the policy are the basic factors ensuring that a policy is taken serious by everyone within the company to provide result as:
