Company History

Ocala is the result of a spin-off of Vetra is an international group dedicated to the exploration and production of oil and gas, focused in areas of recognized prospectivity. Its activities rest on a human resource of wide experience on the sector.

Ocala was acquired by a group of three companies: Oil Projects, CUIRA and CUBICA. All of them allocated resources to complement Ocala´s expertise so as to set the basis of an expansion plan of services and markets.

Oil Projects, this company based in Venezuela specializes in design and operations of upstream and downstream facilities for the Oil & Gas Industry. With vast expertise in startup and operations for Oil and Gas ; Oil Projects also re-engineers existing processes and operations, develops customized operations and maintenance manuals, and excels in training of field and management personnel.

 

Cuira, a Venezuelan service company founded in 1986 with project conceptualization, engineering, design, construction and project management expertise with relevant experience in oil recovery (Cuira has technical approval of technologies by OCALA SERVICES LTD.), pipeline and vessel design and construction, and vast experience in water storage, tanks and irrigation systems.
